Dr. Hasday received his Baccalaureate degree from Binghamton University and his Doctorate from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. He received his Certificate in Periodontology from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Hasday received a leadership award from the New York State Dental Association, which has since proven to be only the beginning of his commitment to the field of Periodontology, Implantology, Dental Education and quality patient care.

Dr. Hasday is married to his wife, Julie, since 1983. He is the father of five children. He has been a coach and commissioner in Rockville Centre youth soccer and hockey leagues. He sponsors a basketball and softball team in Rockville Centre. He was a director of the Rockville Centre Education Foundation, and he was on the committee for Cystic Fibrosis on Long Island. He currently serves on the Scientific Review Committee for the Intel Science program at South Side High School in Rockville Centre.
