Dr. Hasday opened his original office in Rockville Centre in June, 1990 with a staff of one. In January, 2003 he moved into a new state-of-the-art facility. He continues to add the most current technology and equipment as it becomes available in order to offer his patients excellence in dentistry. He has grown his practice to include an associate periodontist, Dr. Amandeep Kaur and a staff of thirteen. Five members of his staff have been with the office for over fifteen years. From the onset, our mission has been to provide excellence in comprehensive periodontal and implant dentistry in a safe, sterile and comforting environment. We are happy to say that more than 20 years later we still meet those goals.

We are always available for after-hour dental emergencies. Please call our emergency number at (516) 455-1351 and a doctor will return your call promptly. We make every effort to provide excellent and affordable dental care. Payment will be due at the time of your visit for which we accept cash, check, or credit card. If your treatment requires several visits, we will provide you with a treatment plan and associated fees. Please make definite financial arrangements with a member of our business staff at that time. Remember that insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment.
We understand that navigating insurance and dental costs can be intimidating. We never want this to negatively impact our patient’s dental health. When appropriate, we can file a predetermination of benefits with your insurance company to give you a full picture of your benefits. Please inquire about this with our front desk staff.
We follow a program that simplifies the preparation of insurance claim forms. The receipt provided at the end of each visit contains all the information needed for your insurance company to process your claim. Most claims can be submitted electronically. If your insurance company has not furnished you with a claim form, we will be happy to provide you with a universal claim form to which you can attach one copy of the receipt form. You can then fill out your identifying information at the top of the form and forward it to your insurance company.
Please remember that no insurance company tries to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company. We know questions can arise with regard to insurance matters. We encourage you to discuss such questions with us. We will be happy to help you receive the maximum benefits; however the agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is an agreement between you and the company.
